What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We are able to customize our chat according to our demands from minute changes to large ones, for example, colors, logos, and captions. Live chats work effortlessly for small tasks to big tasks due to their modular features. Consolidated collaboration from mobile apps, social media, and websites into a single platform, thus improving productivity and response time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We face a struggle when having lack technical experts to optimize our system. Advanced reporting, integration, and analytical configuration sometimes demand basic training or deep familiarity with this software. The beginners of our business find it difficult to utilize it fully.

In case, live Chat does not integrate with your current system such with CRM, e-commerce, and helpdesk software, collaborate with the IT team based on technical experts for better deployment and optimization of your integration process.

The most appealing aspects of live chats involve Huma-AI collaboration, a user-friendly interface, proactive engagement tools, and a robust integration environment. It smoothly integrates AI-powered chatbots with human agents. This enables us to automate simple tasks. This platform is reachable for all types of technical users. This platform has quick deployment and navigation which minimize the learning curves for our organization this gives a flow to smooth working.

What do you dislike most about this product?

LiveChat integrates with other platforms in a great way, however, the AI capabilities should be more advanced or scalable as a comprehensive AI chatbot solution. This initial setup should be friendlier especially in terms of integration and customization, as it takes more time than usual.
