What differentiates Zoho Desk from other similar products?

This tool has very reasonable price and i can easily manage tickets which we get feom our client, our team can simple lok into the tickets and seniors can track the work. Very easy to use even new employee can work on this without any further support

This is good for the product support and can easily manage the client escalations, this tool is very supportive and easy to use
