What differentiates ServiceNow ESG Management from other similar products?

In many organizations the ServiceNow modules are used for workflow, ITIL Support workflows and other IT Support activities. In the case of ESG, the Environment, Social and Governance KPIs does not live in silos and they need to easily intehrate with enterprise systems and workflows. The ServiceNow ESG solution fill this organizational and funtional gap well and it makes practical sense for large segment of businesses.

Integrations with enterprise databases and workflows

What do you dislike most about this product?

proliferated UIs and menu structures that may distract while working on ESG metrics.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Provide Realtime IoT Sensor and WAN end-point integrations directly for ESG KPI metrics.

The best part about Service Now is its ability to streamline the processes, enhance transparency and accountability and support organisations in achieving their goals.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For the first time user there is no user manual guide which is why it creates confusion on how to use it in the first place

With servicenow platform knowledge it is easy to understand various module in servicenow to serve various purposes
