What differentiates Paylocity Performance from other similar products?
I didn’t use any other product before, but I feel satisfied with experience that Paylocity provides so far. Eveything is good, transparent and user friendly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Transparency and easy to use
What do you dislike most about this product?
I don’t use many functions of this product since our Company is not a big Company and we don’t have many activities requiring us to use Paylocity. But hopefully in the future, there will be more creativity function that can be used and improve our operation

Paylocity is a good product for HR management, employee performance management.
