1) Policies are Vendor Centric. If a Hotel is booked & room is not upto the mark. The penalty should be levied to the Vendor & refund to the client to enhance the quality of services. Customer Care says, 'if Hotel approved/allows to cancel request, we will refund' 2) No incentivization to the end user in terms of points/Cashback, etc. This will encourage travel

Do a Cost Benefit Analysis, check if it's worth the savings. Actually I am the initial few who got complementary services
