What differentiates Bonusly from other similar products?
I love how peers are able to publicly recognize and acknowledge each others’ work and effort. Our company is extremely active on the platform and are extremely incentivized by it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Certainly the reminder of birthdays and work anniversaries. I try to make it a habit to check my notifications and platform regularly to congratulate my peers and celebrate them. The slack integration is a great touch too.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I really don’t have any complaints!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I can only speak to Bonusly’s value from an end user perspective, but I would look into any quantitative data available to see how it boosts company morale and productivity, as well as qualitative data such as reviews like this one. They speak for themselves!
