She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto, where she focused on Work & Organizations. Through academic coursework in research & data analytics, organizational behavior, and project strategy & implementation, she discovered a deep passion for research and analysis.

Sara has experience working in Human Resources and Public Policy at organizations in the financial services and consulting industries, where she grew her passion for HR strategy & planning, change management, and employee wellbeing.
