Natasha Bhanushali is an analyst on the HR Research & Advisory Services team with McLean & Company. She has a passion for building positive workplace cultures and continuous learning. Her areas of interest include performance management, employee development, and organizational culture.
Prior to joining McLean & Company, Natasha worked in the hospitality industry where she gained experience in training and development.
She completed her Honors Post-Graduate Certificate at Humber College in Human Resources Management and completed her Honors Bachelor of Commerce at Toronto Metropolitan University with a major in Marketing and a double minor in Professional Communications and Human Resources Management.
