Mariana Zamriga is a Director, HR Research and Advisory Services, at McLean & Company focusing on areas related to HR technology and AI. She is committed to continuous learning and is passionate about helping organizations create a technology roadmap that promotes operational efficiency and drives business success.
With over 15 years of broad hands-on experience as a practitioner, she supported and led the HR function at organizations ranging from startup to enterprise. Mariana brings with her a solid knowledge base of HR-related best practices. She successfully led and launched strategic-level projects and initiatives that produced organizational-level impact.
Her experience spans global HR leadership, M&A integration, talent acquisition, organizational growth and redesign, and HR technology implementation while supporting founders and C-suite leaders. She worked mainly in the software space in various industries: gaming, digital assets, cybersecurity, information management, and currency exchange. Her HR vision has been to optimize the HR function to enhance people’s experience while serving the needs of the organization.
Mariana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Schulich School of Business, York University, and also completed her MBA from the University of Fredericton focusing on global leadership.
